Betty Hines is a globally recognized Business Strategist, Economic Ecosystem Architect, and Advanced Certified Facilitator who has spent more than two decades helping entrepreneurs and executives build businesses of greater scale, influence, and economic power.
She is Founder & CEO of Women Elevating Women LLC (WEW), an international economic ecosystem created to move entrepreneurs beyond networking and into the rooms, relationships, resources, and opportunities that drive measurable growth. Her work centers on a powerful principle: access matters but knowing how to activate that access is what changes businesses and creates lasting economic impact.
Betty’s leadership has earned her the President Joseph R. Biden Lifetime Achievement Award, recognition among JPMorgan Chase’s 100 Women to KNOW, the Maryland Top 100 Women Circle of Excellence, a Maryland Governor’s Citation, and recognition as the DC Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Champion of the Year.
A longtime leader within the Women Presidents Organization (WPO), Betty chairs a Platinum Chapter of accomplished women CEOs leading companies with revenues ranging from $10 million to more than $200 million. Her work places her alongside entrepreneurs navigating scale, capital, leadership, succession, and sustainable growth. Through WEW, Betty created an economic framework built around the 5 Pillars of Scale—Collaborate, Communicate, Connect, Courage, and Cultivate—and 6 Capital STACKS: Financial, Institutional, Relationship, Technology, Knowledge, and Global Expansion Capital. Together, they challenge entrepreneurs to recognize that capital is far greater than money.
Throughout her career, Betty has been a bridge-builder, connecting entrepreneurs to decision-makers, markets, institutions, and one another so relationships become opportunities and opportunities become economic outcomes.
